I start the search in the middle of the yard with my XP Deus ll metal detector, 10 minutes later this area is done NO ring in sight, I reassure Adam this is good news we know that your ring is NOT in the middle of the yard, lets move to the edges of the garden where I believe your ring is hiding in the longer grass. My metal detector starts picking up interference from the wall of the house and garden bed, Noworries mate this is where my Quest X-Pointer Pro metal detector is used for the edges and difficult to reach areas. 5 minutes later up against the garden bed wall my metal detector is detecting either metal from the wall or the ring, as I reach in for a closer look, BINGO the beautiful shimmer of gold is revealed under the blades of grass. Adam is in shock he can't believe his eyes. Its been sitting right here for over 5 weeks. I told Adam I've found lost wedding rings in gardens that have been lost well over 5 years, good news lost rings in gardens don't go anywhere FAST!!
