Lost Ring in 2.5m underwater Manly Beach

Lost Jewellery Recovery received a call out from a very nice young couple who have ONLY been married for 3 days now. They explained the wedding ring was lost while swimming at Manly Beach in 2.5 metres of water. The metal detecting search was booked in and an hour later I was on location, the gear used to perform this Lost Jewellery Recovery is the XP Deus ll Metal Detector waterproof to 20 metres depth with the Quest X-Pointer ll. The BLU3 Nemo is our choice of dive system giving me 2 hours of dive time at 10 feet depth. The owners explained the search area on where they believe the ring was lost, I then explain how i'm going to find their lost ring using a gridline search pattern on the ocean floor. A few animals i need to look out for are stingrays which move before I wave my detector over them and the Numb Rays these give a powerful electric shock and they don't move till you accidentally step on them, by then its too late and they deliver a powerful electric shock. within the first hour of the underwater metal detect search I find a bunch of coins, trash metals and plastics then BINGO my metal detector hits a T.ID reading of 50+ its in the gold ring range iv'e found gold rings many times on this reading in the past. I reach down with my pin pointer metal detector and see its a shallow target, I begin to wave the sand away and just before my eyes, I see the glimmer of beautiful GOLD. It's the owners lost wedding ring found in 2.5 metres of water. I come out of the water with the owners waiting on the beach patiently, they asked DID YOU FIND IT? I replied i found something SPECIAL and reached into my pocket the owners eyes lit up as they seen their wedding ring in my hand screaming THANK YOU, THANK YOU so much 😊  you are most welcome, its my pleasure I can help find your lost wedding ring and get it back to you today.
