20yr OLD WEDDING RING RETURNED TO OWNER @ MANLY BEACH

MICHAEL OLIVER from LOST JEWELLERY RECOVERY Metal Detecting Services 0434 985 992 has been on the run up and down the coast line day and night finding and reuniting lost treasures with owners 24/7. A lost phone on Whale Beach, 2 gold wedding rings on Balmoral Beach, Apple Watch on Bondi Beach, lost car keys on Maroubra Beach and a lost gold ring in a rock pool in Woollongong.

The other night I get a call from a man who has been married for over 20 years and has just lost his wedding ring at Manly Beach, not sure what to do at first he begun to search the area on his hands and knees hoping to uncover his lost wedding ring. After an hour searching he realised it's impossible without a metal detector. A quick search on google he found our website and gave me a call. The search was booked in I was there that night, now with the owner I asked what happened and what he did exactly as owners searching for rings can accidentally move them out of the search area or worst case bury them deeper!!

The owner was pretty worried as he explained he has been married for over 20 years, I reassured him and said noworries mate your ring is here and I will find it and you will remain married for at least another 20 years, remember happy wife happy life!!

I set up my XP Deus ll metal detector grid off the search area and begin my search, right next to the toilet block this search was most difficult with all sorts of building material being dug up in the gold T.ID range, I said don't worry mate this might take a bit of time to dig through the trash but your ring is here and i'm not leaving till it's found!!

20 minutes into the search i've found bottle tops screws, nails and nuts no ring yet and the search area was searched, the owner becomes worried as we have not found his lost wedding ring. I said no worries mate this is normal it's not always where you think it is.

Now I simply expand the search area, 15 minutes later finding more screws and nuts found, then I get one T.ID reading and she's SURFACE TARGET!! I let the owner know he can start filming he said how do you know it's it? I said the T.ID reading looks good but I could be wrong, starting up his camera I begin to wipe the sand away, just an inch beneath the surface a glimmer of gold is revealed and the owner EXPLODES in excitement catching it all on his phone he gives me a big hug saying thank you Michael you bloody legend!! how did you know? I said after finding 1,000's of rings over the years I just get that feeling. Most target I know what they are before I dig them, however it's most important to dig every target!! you don't know 100% till you dig it!!
